Ken has over 30 years’ experience in Finance, primarily as a Chief Financial Officer. Ken held senior Finance positions at American Express and General Electric Capital. More recently Ken has led the turnaround of numerous Private Equity portfolio companies. Specializing in Financial Planning & Analysis, Mergers & Acquisitions, Business Turnarounds and Distressed situations, including Bankruptcy workout. Ken now Consults with PE portfolio companies and runs a proprietary trading business. Ken holds a BSBA in Accounting from Bucknell University and an MBA from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
John Braniff has held various trading, sales and management positions in the financial services industry since 1986. He was a Managing Director for Salomon Brothers, Paine Webber and UBS in New York and London from 1993-2005 as well as a member of the Board of Directors for UBS Investment Bank from 2002-2005. Mr. Braniff currently sits on multiple boards, including FiberTower Inc, Far Hills Country Day School and is an advisor for Arcus Ventures Fund I. Mr. Braniff received a BA in Economics from Bucknell University and an MBA in Finance from New York University.
Adam served just shy of 10 years in the United States Marine Corps as a Force Reconnaissance Marine and led Recon and Force Recon Marines on combat deployments to Iraq, Afghanistan, South East Asia, and in and around the Horn of Africa. Adam was the dive team leader in his last Force Recon platoon and was also a graduate from the Marine Corps Dive Supervisor Course. After successfully completing the USMC Dive Supervisor course Adam went on to plan, coordinate and successfully execute 20 full mission profile training dives that consisted of both open and closed-circuit apparatuses across the globe. After his honorable discharge from the Marine Corps, Adam graduated from Devry University with a bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering Technology. Adam works as a GORUCK cadre and enjoys following, trading, and investing in the markets. He currently lives in NJ with his wife and two children.
Rich has over 35 years of progressive finance capital markets, and operations leadership experience supporting both public and private companies, predominately within the life sciences industry. Rich previously served as Chief Financial Officer at Sesen Bio (Nasdaq: SESN), and as the Chief Financial Officer of PAVmed Inc. (Nasdaq: PAVM). Rich also held senior financial positions at TechPrecision. (OTCBB: TPCS), Nucleonics Inc., (Nasdaq: ALNY)) and Exelon Corporation (NYSE: EXC). From 2004 through 2009, Rich served as Co-Chair of the Biotechnology Innovation Organization’s CFO/Tax Committee which lobbied for capital markets and tax reforms in support of the life science industry. He is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Public Accounting and a member of the Bucknell University Alumni Association Board of Directors.
