SSG Warren Wilson (Ret) from Santa Monica, California served in both the US Army and US Navy for 24 years of combined service. A veteran of both Panama and Iraq. He was in 3rd RANGER Battalion where he participated in a night combat parachute jump during Operation “Just Cause” to seize and secure the Omar Torrijos International Airport and La Commandancia in Panama 1989. He jumped ship over to US Navy where he was assigned to EODMU-7. A few days after the attack on 9/11 he was assigned to underwater security detachment 109. He worked Marine Mammal systems, then returned to the US Army and deploy to Iraq. He first got PADI Scuba Certified in 1988. Since then, he has become a Closed-Circuit Rebreather Trimix Diver. The Water is his home and place of therapy.
